The African We Want: Not Too Young To Lead, Empowering Leaders Of Today

PAN AFRICAN YOUTH LEADERSHIP FOUNDATION is a dynamic and visionary organization which was established May 2017. PAYLEF is an all Inclusive leading African Youth Organization representing and safeguarding aspirations of millions of youths in Africa. Founded on the principles of Integrity, Innovation and Inclusivity, we strive to ignite a transformative impact that transcends borders and creates a brighter future for Africa.

Our Mission

Our mission is to cultivate a new generation of Transformative leaders and entrepreneurs who are equipped with skills, knowledge and values to address Africa’s Unique challenges and opportunities. Through Mentorship, Engagement and Recognition, we aim to encourage youth to take proactive roles in shaping Africa’s development trajectory.

KEY OBJECTIVES

Leadership Development

We provide comprehensive leadership training and mentorship programs that equip young Africans with the tools needed to lead with Integrity, empathy and
innovation.

Innovation & Entrepreneurship

We support, recognize and celebrate innovative ideas and entrepreneurial ventures, supporting young African’s to drive economic growth and create sustainable solutions.

Community Engagement

We encourage active community involvement and volunteering among young leaders fostering a sense of social responsibility and a commitment to positive change.

Advocacy And Awareness

We advocate for Youth related issues at local, national and Global levels, amplifying the voices of young leaders and promoting policies that prioritize their
well-being.

In recent years, PAN AFRICAN YOUTHS LEADERSHIP FOUNDATION (PAYLEF) has embarked on various project

PAYLEF SUMMIT

Successful annual editions of our various High Level Summit which were hosted in Nigeria in 2017, Ghana in 2018, Sierra Leone 2019, Gambia 2020, Sierra Leone 2021, Dubai 2022, Ghana 2023 and Rwanda 2023. All successful events, brought together outstanding leaders from all over African Union member states. Whilst Summit were exploring on solutions towards shared challenges, an award ceremony also took place in recognizing and reward our outstanding leaders.

PAYLEF AWARD

This award ceremony is aimed at recognizing and rewarding major contributors to development and empowerment in our Continent. We also recognize outstanding leaders’ home and in diaspora.

PAYLEF YOUTH LEADERSHIP CAMP

PAYLEF understood that, African problems needs African solutions. Thus, “African Solutions” will remain a fundamental cornerstone of our envisaged annual youth camp. The first and second edition of the Youth leadership camp took place in 2019 and 2021 respectively. As part of our delivery mechanism, we worked very closely with major stakeholders (National Army Leaderships, Banks, Multilaterals, Government Agencies, NGOs etc) in sustainable delivery of PAYLEF annual camp.
