MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
To become a member of PAYLEF, individuals must:
- Be of African descent or demonstrate a strong interest in African youth development.
- Be between the ages of 18 – 45 for standard membership; older for honorary/strategic partners.
- Have a proven record of leadership or interest in entrepreneurship, innovation, social impact, education, or advocacy.
- Submit a completed membership application with required documentation (Government approved ID, photo, professional/academic background or Profile) to info@panafricanyouthleadershipfoundation.org
- Pay a one-time registration fee and annual subscription as per membership category.

Green Card
Annual Fee: $100 [N150,000]
- Invitation/Access to virtual Leadership programs and webinars.

Silver Card
Annual Fee: $250 [N375,000]
- All Basic Member benefits.
- Priority registration to annual events (e.g., AFRICA 100, AFRICA CEO Summits, and Other Annual Activities).
- Discounted Feature opportunities in PAYLEF Spotlight publications.
Gold Card
Annual Fee: $500 [N750,000]
- All Silver Member benefits.
- Complimentary access to one annual PAYLEF event.
- Featured member profile on PAYLEF social media for One Annual PAYLEF event.
Black Card
Annual Fee: $1000 [N1,500,000]
- All Gold Member benefits.
- Complimentary access to two PAYLEF events yearly (e.g., AFRICA CEO SUMMIT, AFRICA 100).
- Invitation to VIP networking cocktail receptions at one Annual Event.
Partner Card
Annual Fee: Based on MoU
- Access to cross-country collaborations and initiatives.
- Branding & speaking opportunities at major events.
- Recognition as PAYLEF Development Partner.

Note: Event access is either discounted or complimentary depending on membership category. This payment is for the annual membership subscription. It is required to be renewed each year to maintain your active. membership status.
